Seconds & Returns Stock

JS Roofing Supplies Ltd specialises in seconds, returns, and clearance roofing materials. Because of this, products may include cosmetic imperfections such as:

  • Missing or non‑existent retail wrappers

  • Red paint markings on the ends of rolls

  • Mineral slightly lighter in areas, or small mineral patches

  • Scuffs, dust, or warehouse handling marks

  • Colour variation

  • Minor surface defects on the outer layer

These characteristics are normal for factory‑graded seconds and do not affect performance. They are not considered faults and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

 

Red Paint Markings

Many rolls have red paint on the ends. This is applied by manufacturers to identify seconds or non‑retail‑grade stock. It does not affect usability and is not a defect.

 

Mineral Variation & Patches

Seconds rolls may have:

  • Slightly lighter mineral in places

  • Small mineral patches

  • Minor inconsistencies in the surface finish

These are cosmetic only and do not affect the roll’s performance or lifespan. They are not grounds for a refund or return.

 

What Is Eligible for a Refund

We will offer a refund or replacement only if:

  • The roll is damaged to the point it cannot be used

  • The product supplied is significantly different from what was ordered

  • A genuine manufacturing defect makes the material unusable

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection.

 

What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Red paint markings

  • Mineral colour variation or mineral patches

  • Missing wrappers or packaging

  • Cosmetic marks, scuffs, or colour differences

  • Minor tears on the outer wrap layer

  • Dust or warehouse storage marks

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect measurements taken by the customer
